We provide a variety of consulting services that include; Technology Consulting services, Management Consulting services, Business Development and Support consulting services to the Private and Public sectors, NGO’s and Development Agencies. Our services range from Process Analysis, Design, Implementation, Reviews and Post Implementation services. HARBIN CONSULTING LIMITED is Headquartered in Kampala Uganda and is registered with Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) as a private company limited by shares.
HARBIN CONSULTING LIMITED was formed as a strategic response to take on the challenges by professionally undertaking consulting and other technical assignments and enhancing the capacities of organizations to be cost effective, respond to the challenges that rise from time to time in an efficient and effective manner, and have value for money high quality results. To do this, one needs to acknowledge that the processes by which organizations operate can be formally analyzed and improved through systems thinking thus our added advantage to providing services in our core lines of businesses i.e. Business Management Consulting, Technology Consulting and Business Support services.
